  • HOW DOES THE DELIVERY PROCESS WORK?
    Once our system processes your order, each product is thoroughly inspected to ensure they are in a perfect condition. All our pieces are Made to order , therefore every piece is made after is placed .Therefor the pieces are made 4-6 days after placing order . After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partners. Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possibility. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.The delivery takes based on pincode 2-6 days . Therefore once you place order the order will be delivered within 6-13 days after order confirmation . You will recieve timely update on your order
  • HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
    Please connect with us at hotchpotch001@gmail.com to know the status of order if it hasnt been shipped yet. Once shipped to click the shipment tracking link shared with you.
  • WHAT DO I DO IF THE PAYMENT HAS FAILED?
    Hotch Potch takes 48hrs to confirm an order. If an order has not been confirmed within the prescribed time, please raise a query at the Support Forum or contact us at +91 9884057198. Monday to Saturday, between 9am to 6pm.
  • WHAT IS Hotch Potch CANCELLATION POLICY?
    Cancellation before shipment: If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team at hotchpotch001@gmail.com or call us on +91 9884057198 between 9AM and 6PM India time, Monday to Saturday. In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within 7-14 business days after the cancellation request is duly processed by us. Cancellation post shipment: Please note that we don’t entertain any cancellation requests for orders that have already been shipped. Incase of customisation , we don't take cancellations once we've started production
  • HOW CAN YOU PLACE AN ORDER?

You can continue shopping or proceed to checkout. 3. Review Cart: Click on the shopping cart icon to review your selected items. Ensure everything is accurate before proceeding. 4. Checkout: Proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping details, billing information, and any discount codes if applicable. 5. Choose Payment Method: Select your preferred payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, etc.) and enter payment details. 6. Review & Confirm: Double-check all information provided—items, shipping address, and payment details—before confirming your order. 7. Place Order: Once everything is accurate, click "Place Order" to complete the purchase. 8. Confirmation: You'll receive an order confirmation via email, containing details and a tracking number for your shipment.
  • ARE THERE ANY SHIPPING CHARGES APPLICABLE ON MY ORDER?
    Shipping charges are added to each order based on weight of the product . We have no cash on delivery for our orders .
